Air Dryer Pasteurizer Machine Low Noise SUS304 Stainless Steel Material
Sterilization part: Ask the customer's bag size, output, weight per bag, pre-sterilization time (usually 15 minutes, 8 hours). Look at the width of the mesh belt, calculate the number of sterilizable bags per meter, and estimate the length of the equipment.
The sterilization tank is two layers, the inner layer diameter (mesh belt width), the insulation layer and the outer wall are separated by 5mm, and the insulation material is filled. The sterilizing tank is covered with 3 steam outlets with a diameter of 200mm.
